Dear BBT Friends,

 

Our Nutcracker is a truly unique children's performance, crafted with love by the incredibly talented choreographer Edouard Kouchnarev, with a special focus on captivating young hearts and educating their minds.

​

For our older BBT students, this isn't their first dance in this beautiful performance. They're set to showcase their professional growth, ballet dedication, and willingness to take on new responsibilities as they enter fresh roles and breathe life into their characters on stage.

 

As for our younger students and newcomers to this performance, it's an exciting test of their personalities, challenging them to act not just as children but as essential parts of a full-scale ballet production.

 

We often find out that newcomers and young dancers became inspired to take part in this magical and significant event again and again. They grow with each role, contributing positively to their self-improvement and the education of young audiences. Meanwhile, the young spectators, in turn, learn valuable lessons about kindness, beauty, and responsibility from the ballet Nutcracker.

 

We warmly invite all of you to join our auditions, scheduled for October 15th at the Kingsborough Community College campus and take the opportunity to shine as a star, gain valuable stage experience, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
